Mike Rawlings is currently a Managing Partner of CIC Partners and joins Legends as our Chief Executive Officer. His knowledge and experience in the industry are due largely in part to his role as the President and Chief Concept Officer for the Dallas-based Pizza Hut, Inc., the largest pizza chain in the world. He held this position from 1997 to 2003 and directed a major turnaround in the company’s business during this time. Under Rawlings’ leadership, same store growth rose 19%, overall operating profit doubled and margins improved to record highs. Before joining Pizza Hut, Mr. Rawlings had a successful 20-year career in marketing communications, which culminated as CEO of Tracy-Locke.  During his tenure as CEO he built this company into the DDB Dallas Group, a multi-agency marketing communications company owned by Omnicom. At that time, it was the largest agency in the South with billings over $600 million and 850 employees. Mr. Rawlings graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston College with a Bachelor’s degree in philosophy and communication. Today, he joins Legends Hospitality Management as our Chief Executive Officer with the goal of making fans happy.
