Jon Muscalo - Vice President - Facilities
Jon Muscalo has been involved in the management of food service functions for sports and other facilities since 1978, and has over fifteen years of experience with facilities design and capital purchasing success across food and restaurant operations. He has designed and administered the construction efforts of NHL and NBA arenas, major convention centers, several major league baseball stadiums and more than twenty-five minor league ballparks. Additionally, Mr. Muscalo spearheaded the design and food service construction of five NFL stadiums, playing an integral role in their openings. Before becoming the Vice President of Legends Hospitality Management, Mr. Muscalo held the role of Vice President of facility design and capital purchasing for Centerplate beginning in 1991. There, he managed the equipment division and directed the design of all foodservice facilities, including the selection of architects, designers and general contractors. Previously, Mr. Muscalo managed food service functions for sports facilities for nine major universities as well as two 20,000 seat amphitheaters. He has held food service management positions throughout the United States and the Caribbean, and his wide range of knowledge has aided in the development of Legends Hospitality Management.
