Amy Phillips - Senior Vice President
Amy Phillips has been in the Hospitality Management Industry for over twenty-five years. She has most recently served as the Vice President of Food and Beverage for the Dallas Cowboys. Ms. Phillips joined the Dallas Cowboys organization in 1991 where she worked tirelessly to change the landscape of the typical Food and Beverage operation at an NFL venue. Utilizing creative strategies and ahead of the curve culinary offerings, Ms. Phillips transformed the Dallas Cowboys Food and Beverage Department to the leader in the industry. Ms. Phillips’ goal has always been to provide innovative food and beverage offerings that increase the overall fan experience. Further, Ms. Phillips has had an integral role in the planning and execution of Super Bowls XXVII, XXVIII, XXX, and XLV. She also volunteers her efforts to support the North Texas Food Bank with the Taste of the NFL annual fundraising event that has grown significantly under her tutelage. Texas Stadium has been recognized as Facility of the Year, Supplier of the Year, and Event Space of the Year during Ms. Phillips tenure. Prior to her work with the Dallas Cowboys, Ms. Phillips was with Loews Anatole Hotel. She holds a BS in Nutrition from The University of Arizona and joins Legends as Senior Vice President.
